Yes, for regular service requests during business hours. We also offer a 24-hour emergency maintenance line.

Service requests are responded to in the order received and we aim to have a turnaround time of 72 hours or less.

No, you can grant permission to enter if you do not desire to be present.

In the event of an after-hours lock out, you would contact the emergency maintenance line. A valid ID matching what is on your lease must be presented and a $75 trip charge will apply.

Any major additions or modifications must be requested in writing and approved by management. Regular decorating such as picture frames and artwork are acceptable.

As a resident of the Cadence master-planned community, you can enjoy several parks within just a few minutes' walk, including a designated dog park.

We offer 7-15 month leases.

We do not accept packages in the leasing office, however, we do have a private mail room as well as parcel lockers.

We follow City of Henderson quiet hours ordinance. We have a gathering space available for rent, please contact the office for more details.

There are no fees to tour! We offer air-conditioned golf cart tours to help take the edge off the Henderson heat!

This varies depending on background and screening processing times. We aim to approve applications within 3-5 days when possible.

We charge a $50 application fee per adult plus a $250 holding deposit. Application fees are non-refundable. Holding deposit is refundable if you are denied, or if you cancel within 48 hours of applying. If approved, holding deposit is applied to your final deposit at move in.

Our apartment homes come pre-hooked up for Quantum Fiber. All you have to do is scan the QR code and select your desired monthly plan. You also have the option to go through any other internet provider of your choice.

We allow 2 guests per unit. Guest must be accompanied by the lease holding resident in order to use the amenities.

Buy-out fee is equal to two months of rent.
