If I could give Element 12 Apartments over 5 stars I would. I had an overall AMAZING experience touring these apartments. Pulling up into the parking lot of the apartment complex I automatically felt at home. The application process was also very simple and quick. I 100% RECOMMEND renting at Element 12 Apartments.

They go above and beyond by organizing numerous resident events, and I must say, I enjoyed the last dog grooming event. The manager is not only friendly but also incredibly proactive, promptly addressing any concerns that arise. With such positive experiences, I am genuinely confident that we will happily renew our lease for another year.

First and foremost, this property has amazing and well-fined facilities and management systems. All areas of this property are secured, neat, and clean. When I moved into this property, my apartment was surprisingly well-set in accordance with my moving-in date. In addition, their management team has seamlessly processed all steps for moving in.

Great amenities and I love my apartment. Everything’s modern, the gym is first class, and a very nice swimming pool area. April and Andrew are great in the office and always responsive and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better apartment complex (Sunday breakfast offerings are just an added bonus and nice touch).
